Show your team spirit!

What better way to cheer on your favorite team than with cookies?! "Spirit cookies" are great for tailgating, birthday parties, or just watching that big game at home with some friends. Thank you so much to all you Jaguars, Raiders, Bulldogs, Rebels, and Golden Eagles for showing such "sweet" support for your teams!

The Wonderful World of Fondant

I love to cover my cakes with rolled fondant. Fondant is a soft, sugar mass that is rolled out like pie crust. It is draped and smoothed over a cake to make a beautiful, soft matte finish. Rolled fondant is versatile. It can be colored, flavored, modeled, formed, twisted, imprinted, and cut out. This edible decoration tastes like a marshmallow. Not only does fondant look beautiful, but it also keeps the cake moist and delicious longer! As stated above the price list, cakes decorated with fondant cost 50 cents extra per serving.

Cake Prices

Since I make custom cakes, the price of your cake really depends on what you order. Generally, I charge by the serving, but I take into consideration how complex or detailed the cake is. Prices WILL vary, but here is a general idea of basic cake prices.

*Prices below do not include cakes with fondant. For fondant-covered cakes, add 50 cents per serving.

1/4 = 9"x12" 1/2= 12"x18"
3/4 =16"x20" Full = 18"x24"

Add $1.00 for each layer added.

Custom shape (carved) - $4.00
The "Scurvy Elephant" cake is an example of a carved cake.
Note: If I have a cake pan that is the shape you desire, the cost of cake will be $2.10/serving.

For tiered cakes add $5 for each tier above the base (bottom tier).
Example: A 3-tiered cake ($10)--each tier is 2-layers ($2.00/serving)--covered with fondant (+50 cents/serving) that serves 30 people would be...
$10 + ((2.00+.50) x 30) = $85
